The smallest of the grands made by Steinway & Sons in the famed Astoria, Queens factory, the 5’1″ Model S has a powerful, rich tone usually associated with a much larger instrument. This Model S is a delight to play and has a beautiful wood casement in great condition. It is unusual to see a wood-finish Model S of this age-new it takes over a year to special order. This one is ready to go and needs nothing! As with all of our pre-owned pianos, we have detailed the case and fittings, performed any needed action regulation and voicing.
