Steinway call this process restoring the heart of the instrument, making it ready for another 100 years of gorgeous music. This Model O plays and sounds as only a true Steinway can- with a full, vibrant bass and a responsive action due to the new soundboard and action. This Model O is a particular favorite of our staff- we love when a handmade instrument of this quality is brought back to life in such spectacular fashion.
